A UNION SOLDIER REMEMBERS $24.95 FATHER & SON PRODUCTIONS, VHS, 58 MIN

When the Civil War began, Manitowoc, WI, raised a company of soldiers to defend the Union.  The town made them a magnificent flag to carry into battle.  In the summer of 1861, the 105 volunteers left on the steamer Comet, to report to Camp Randall for training.  They would become Company A, of the 5th Wisconsin Volunteers Regiment.  Through the diaries of one of these men, James S. Anderson, we will see the war through his eyes.  Experience what it was truly like to fight in the Civil War by watching A UNION SOLDIER REMEMBERS.
